Sour Cream and Bacon Crockpot Chicken

Sour Cream and Bacon Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:
8 Bacon Slices
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins (more if needed)
2 10 oz cream of mushroom soup (more if needed)
1 Cup Sour cream(more if needed)
1/2 cup of flour (all purpose)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Crushed Red Pepper seeds

I doubled my recipe to feed my family.

Directions

1. Cook your bacon until done but not crispy. Drain on paper towels. If you cook your bacon first reduce your flower to 1/4 cup and proceed with the recipe.

2. Wrap bacon around each piece of chicken and place in your crockpot or you can do like I did and place the chicken in the pot and toss bacon on top.

3. In large bowl, combine condensed soups, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper, red pepper seeds and mix with wire whisk to blend or a fork like did if you don't have a whisk. Pour over chicken

4. Cover crockpot and cook on low 6 -8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked. You may want to remove the chicken and beat sauce again to make sure it is very well blended.

5. Pour sauce over chicken

Serve over rice or wide egg noodles

Here is my result:
