WE have all been there the eggs boil and the yolks all overdone my Father in Law gave us this and I swear by it.......
Put eggs in Pan cover with COLD water
bring to a Boil then Cover and take off heat for 14 Minutes
After 14 Minutes empty water and Cover in Ice and cold water for a few minutes then Enjoy
