Yellow Cake

Ingriedients

2 1/4  cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 TSPs  baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
vegetable Oil
1 stick butter softened
1 tbsp Vanilla
3 large eggs

Preheat oven 350

In a large bowl  combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt mixing well.

Measure 1-1/4 cups milk in a 2 cup measure cup and add vegetable oil to bring the milk to 1 1/3 cups..

Add the milk/vegetable oil mixture, butter, and vanilla to the flour mixture and beat on med high speed for 2 minutes.

add the Eggs and beat again for 2 more minutes.

 Pour into sprayed pan and Bake at 350 for 20-25 minute or til done. 

Enjoy I have made as cake and cuppies so gooood.
